Abstract

In this report the model of two-electrode biosensor's contact conductometric converter is represented as equivalent circuit. Conduction currents and bias currents were taken into account in the model. Analysis of the influence of phase shift in the bulk impedance on the frequency properties of the biosensor was formed. Model allows to improve the existing ways of suppression the quadriphase component of CG’s impedance and to estimate the influence of near-electrode processes as a major destabilizing factor regardless of its informative parameter.
