Abstract
Conducted research, using mathematical modeling, of oscilloscope connection scheme electrical parameters influence on transient response characteristics of high-voltage impulse measuring system. The results obtained can be used in high-voltage impulse measuring systems creating, in particular, for designing the circuit connecting the oscilloscope to a high-voltage divider for selecting the optimum of elements. It is shown that in the scheme of connection of the oscilloscope the greatest effect on the accuracy of the measuring system is observed on the part of resistors Rc1 and Rc2, as well as the Burch scheme matching capacitor C2.
