Articles in the scientific journal “TEKHNICHNA ELEKTRODYNAMIKA” (Technical Electrodynamics), hereinafter - The works posted on our site in electronic form are used under the terms of the Creative Commons license "Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs": CC BY-NC-ND.
According to p. 444, 1107, 1108 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, clause 6.5 of the Regulations on the use of intellectual property rights in the NAS of Ukraine, approved by the order of the Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine dated 16.01.2008 No. 15 (as amended), a person who uses a work on the basis of a license is obliged to comply with the conditions specified by the copyright holder under which it was issued.
Users who use scientific publications published in periodicals of the NAS of Ukraine and NAS institutions are obliged to comply with the requirements of the Creative Commons (CC) licenses specified in these works.
Scientific publications published in the journal "Technical Electrodynamics" are provided with interactive access using the license "Attribution - Non Commercial - No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND) 4.0, Attribution - Non Commercial - No Derivatives 4.0 International).
Authors have the opportunity to independently deposit the preprint, author's postprint (approved for printing version) and publishing version (final PDF) of their work in the institutional repository, thematic repository and general purpose repository, the author's personal website and/or the web resource of the institution where the authors work, at any time after publication, indicating full bibliographic information about the original publication and with a link to it.
Users:
– have the right to reproduce and distribute the work, its parts for non-commercial purposes; have the right to create derivative works for their own use;
– are obliged to indicate the author of the work; – do not have the right to distribute derivative works, to provide interactive access to them, in particular on the Internet;
– are obliged to use the work in accordance with other requirements established by the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

In the case of using scientific publications published under Creative Commons licenses, users are obliged to cite these works in accordance with the requirements of such licenses.
Failure to comply with the citation requirements results in a violation of copyright with civil, administrative, criminal liability for violation of intellectual property rights.
