Анотація
Показаны два основных направления, использующихся при построении измерительных преобразователей для емкостных датчиков (сенсоров) – на базе традиционных уравновешенных мостовых либо компенсационно-мостовых цепей и на базе однокристальных конвертеров «емкость-цифра» (CDC) с использованием методологии сигма-дельта модуляции. Описаны особенности рассматриваемых преобразователей, показаны преимущества и недостатки обоих типов устройств, предпочтительные области применения, даны примеры реализации. Библ. 22, рис. 3.
