Анотація
Приведены результаты исследования зависимости эквивалентного электрического сопротивления слоя металлических гранул от времени и тока, протекающего в слое, на примере Al. Описаны характерные участки зависимости сопротивления от времени. Проведен критический анализ функции, аппроксимирующих нелинейную зависимость сопротивления от тока при помощи трех известных и одного оригиназьного критерия. Показано, что наилучшим образом данную зависимость описывает гиперболическая функция первой степени, на основе которой предложена схема замещения электрического сопротивления гранулированной токопроводящей среды.
