Abstract
The analysis of reliability (stability) of the phase system automatic frequency correction in the frequency-phase laser rangefinders with application of numerical methods has been carried out. An estimation method for determining the accuracy of the frequency proportional to the measured distance with the influence of broadband noise has been proposed. Advices on selecting mode rangefinder depending on the value of the signal-to-noise ratio in order to ensure stable operation of the system frequency correction of device output voltage have been done.
