Abstract

Offered for realization of the expected level of efficiency of functioning of systems of power supply of consumers from combined electric networks tactic approach to the formation of the process of management of this process. Reasonable structure of a control system with a projected capacity of reliability and quality of power supply of consumers of electric energy. For effective management proposed the use of neurocontroler. The proven benefits of the use of neural networks with memory, that will allow to predict the characteristics of energy consumption with the knowledge base for different modes of operation and subsequent use as a training sample of the neural network.
