Abstract
The reliable calculation of currents and losses in the end packages of stator core is needed at development of new technical decisions in the modernized turbo generators. The field mathematical model for the analysis of currents and losses in the end packets of stator core of turbo generator is worked in the article. For determination of the field sources in the model experimental data are used, that increase authenticity of calculation results. Influence of longitudinal cuts of teeth of end packets on the value of currents and losses is analyzed. It is shown that the implementation of longitudinal cuts in the teeth of the turbo generator ТGV- 300 reduces the currents in the teeth of 1.4 times. However, taking into account large mechanical durability of complete teeth, such increase of losses maybe to compensate application of new methods of screening. Thus end packets with complete teeth are more perspective for application in modernized ТGV-300 . References 4, figures 6.
