Abstract
On basis of multifield method for an arbitrary doubly periodic gratings the explicit formulas for tensor of reduced doubly periodic system penetrability of hollow circular cylinders with arbitrary magnetic penetrabilities of areas have been obtained. References 13, figures 3.
