Abstract
The article describes a method for capacity allocation of interstate section between two electricity markets. It based on modeling of the auction for the purchase of capacity in both transmission directions of electricity through this section. The method is the basis of a process of the multilateral interstate electricity trade using IPS of Ukraine as a transit node without requiring the electricity markets coupling of neighboring countries.
