Abstract

Investigated peculiarities of the physical processes that occur during the operation of electrical AC machines and electrical machines containing moving parts. Developed mathematical model of rotary electric machines moving parts with using random linear and random linear periodic processes that takes into account the periodicity of vibration process and influence on it of individual sources of vibration having different physical nature and spatial localization. For the created model, diagnostic parameters were substantiated, the use of which allows determining of the technical conditions of diagnosed part. Developed and experimentally tested a sample of the system for technical diagnostics, checked its compliance with current standards of Ukraine. Carried out experimental study to measuring and analysis of vibration signals obtained on rotor blade of the working wind power unit. Experiments were carried out at the stand of the Institute of electrodynamics National Academy of Science of Ukraine. Using the proposed models and methods of diagnosing, system have been trained and its functionality have been verified in the determining of the technical condition of parts that were diagnosed.
