Abstract

Design concepts of measuring channel of an instruments for determination of complex impedances, which allowing them to significantly improve the resolution without significant complications of design and applied technologies have been researched. Their essence is the application of the combined transformation by the method comparingof a passiv and an active values by means of the two balancing system of measuring circuit - an alternating current bridge circuit and of the unit of processing it's output. Design of possible circuits and algorithm to the harmonization of scales measuring these systems are discussed. References 20, figures 3.
